Minor update for FINAL 2024 Men's March Madness Optimal Bracket
Pick #10 Colorado over #7 Florida in the South region
Happy March Madness morning everyone! 🏀
There is a final minor update following yesterday’s adjustment to the original 2024 Optimal Bracket: according to Nate Silver, #10 Colorado’s win in the First Four game last night over Boise State makes them slight favorites over #7 Florida, so pick #10 Colorado to beat #7 Florida in the first round of the South region (top right of your bracket). There are no other changes.
That brings us to our final 🔒 bracket for the 2024 NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament:

Good luck this year! The odds are slightly against us with UConn being so dominant, but they “only” have a 22.5% chance of winning it all - with so many people in your pool likely picking UConn, if the Huskies fall at any point, we should be well positioned to take a top spot in our pools with Purdue with a 14.9% chance of winning it all. Our second-top pick Arizona has a not-too-shabby 12.6% chance of winning given the advantage of shorter travel times during their play out in the West region.
May the odds be ever in our favor. Enjoy the basketball! 🫡
